The Cooperative Ministry provides free, high-quality tax preparation by IRS-certified volunteers to families and individuals earning under $69,000 a year.
Summer tax help is available now at our 3821 W. Beltline Boulevard, Columbia, 29204 location. We can help you with current year (2025) and prior year (2020 – 2024) tax prep, to include amendments to already filed returns.
Hours of Operation: July 1 - July 31, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
(Closed Thursday, July 2).
Additional Information: In-person and Walk-in. No appointment needed.

Qualifications:

Your household income is below $69,000.

You do not have any of the following:

Rental property

Adjustments to education expenses (Box 4 or 6 of your 1098-T)

Sales of cryptocurrency

Self-employment with any of the following:

Over $35,000 in expenses
